Invencio hybrid outsourcing approach combines different the facets of earlier approaches to deliver the best business value and the highest quality work.

Our hybrid outsourcing model forms the basis of a quick transformation of enterprise applications across the industries. Our main focus lies on the delivery of SAP application development services, but we are increasingly delivering enterprise applications in other technologies, other than SAP, utilizing the same approach and delivery model.

Our approach is dynamic: during the starting phase of the project, approximately 80 % of the activities will take place onshore in the Netherlands or Belgium. This percentage, of onshore activities, will be decreased or increased depending on the requirements, project phase, and customer specific requirements.

The onsite activities include requirements gathering, functional and technical design, architecture and architectural decisions, attendance of follow-up and status meetings, and GoLive (support). All development activities take place offshore and will be performed by our partner in India.

In addition to the above, we have a review process in place that covers the architecture and/or the technical design and the delivered application code to assure a high-quality level of the delivered work, and at the same time utilize the tremendous possibilities of outsourcing.
